Traditionally, booking an organised tour was a tedious and time-consuming process. Where will I stay? What activities will I do? What meals am I going to have? What operator can I trust? TourRadar makes booking multi-day adventures seamless and timely, partnering with 2,500+ operators to offer more than 50,000+ adventures in 160+ countries. Founded in 2010, TourRadar was the first to transition multi-day tours to an online marketplace, making them the leader in the industry. In 2021, TourRadar further revolutionised the industry by introducing the Adventure Booking Platform, connecting travellers, operators, and travel agents to organised adventures through one platform.

With 40+ different nationalities in our team and with offices in Europe, North America and Australia, we work to deliver the best possible booking experience. Launched in 2010, we proudly develop and innovate exceptional talent and we are looking to scale our team.

We are currently looking for an Operator Support Agent (Full-time) to join our team in Vienna in a hybrid work environment.

Tasks

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building an understanding of the products offered by TourRadar partners across the globe to understand the full operating scope of TourRadar.
- Supporting operators with sales enquiries through our internal dashboard & CRM
- Effectively helping operators with training and optimisation in an industry that is continuously evolving.
- Acquiring knowledge of the TourRadar systems to develop training materials, help center articles and other content to support tour operators and Business Development Managers.
- Providing excellent customer care by connecting with new partners, onboarding their inventory, and training their team.
- Representing TourRadar in local and global industry events.

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- 2 years experience minimum in a customer-facing role.
- German skills are a nice-to-have
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate directly in person and online and comfortable networking with partners to create beneficial business relationships.
- Experience with updating processes and training documentation
- High standards of customer service and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Personal and/or professional travel experience to areas in which TourRadar sells and passion for travel.
- Good computer skills.
- Natural self-starter, craving new challenges and able to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
- Outstanding organisational skills with an aptitude in problem-solving and a passion for learning
- Friendly, flexible with a sense of humour.
