**Job Description** GitOps I Cloud Native I Continuous Delivery I Release Automation | Golang | Platform Engineering | Kubernetes**
- Ensure smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and leadership
- Act as a cloud engineer, build and maintain the pipelines and tools that make delivering and releasing software work like a charm for development teams
- Create an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and foster teamwork
- Collaborate with Directors, Product Owners, Lead Product Engineers as well as Agile Coaches to ensure your team can reach its goals
- Discover training needs, motivate, and support your team members to grow

**Qualifications**
- Empathetic and sympathetic person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring your own knowledge
- Communicative personality with customer-centric end-to-end thinking
- Experience with backend software development, preferably in Go
- Solid grasp of git version control and branching models
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and an agile software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern DevOps principles as a developer
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Argo CD and Argo Workflows
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Shell Scripting

**Compensation and rewards**
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with **numerous benefits and advantages.**
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a** higher salary **in line with qualification and experience.
