Skills and experiences
- Cloud-Technologien: Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Azure. Vertrautheit mit verschiedenen Cloud-Diensten ist von Vorteil
- Lösungsarchitektur: Solides Verständnis der Grundsätze und Praktiken der Lösungsarchitektur.
- Software Engineering: Verständnis im Bereich Software Development Lifecycle Software Architekturen und deren Umsetzung sind von Vorteil.
- DevOps und CI/CD: Verständnis der DevOps-Prinzipien und Erfahrung mit Pipelines für kontinuierliche Integration und kontinuierliche Bereitstellung (CI/CD). Vertrautheit mit Tools wie Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git oder ähnlichen Plattformen zum Erstellen, Testen und Bereitstellen von Anwendungen
- Containerisierung und Orchestrierung: Erfahrungen mit Container-Technologien wie Docker und Container-Orchestrierungsplattformen wie Kubernetes sind von Vorteil
- Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code: Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Infrastructure as a Code prozessen und deren Umsetzung sind ein Plus

About you
- Frühere Projekt
- und/oder Beratungstätigkeiten in einem Beratungsunternehmen in ähnlichen Bereichen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern des Kunden bei der Darstellung komplexer technologischer Lösungen in Wort (z. B.: Präsentationen, Seminare usw.) und Schrift (z. B.: Berichte, Artikel usw.)
- Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Teams zu leiten (interne Avanade
- und Kundenteams)
- Fähigkeit, schwierige Kommunikation mit Kunden und Interessengruppen zu führen
- Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Deutsche Muttersprache oder CEF C1 (schriftlich und mündlich) bevorzugt
- Projekt in Budget und Profitable zu liefern, gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Es wäre schön, wenn du über 5 bis 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Beratungs

What you'll do
- Du leitest und managest Cloud-basierte / Transformations Projekte und stellst sicher, dass diese termingerecht, innerhalb des Budgets und gemäß dem definierten Umfang geliefert werden.
- Du arbeitest mit Stakeholdern zusammen, um deren geschäftliche Anforderungen zu verstehen und sie in technische und kommerzielle Lösungen umzusetzen.
- Du entwirfst und entwickelst Cloud-Lösungen mit dem Team unter Berücksichtigung von Faktoren wie Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Leistung.
- Du leitest Cross Funktional Teams und stellst sicher, dass sie die notwendige Anleitung und Unterstützung erhalten, um qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse zu liefern.
- Du verwaltest Kundenbeziehungen, gehst auf die Bedürfnisse ein und hältst eine effektive Kommunikation während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus aufrecht.
- Du führst schwierige Gespräche und löst Konflikte, um die Beziehungen zu den Stakeholdern aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Du arbeitest mit Client Account Teams und Sales/Offering Leads zusammen, um Lösungen mit differenziertem Wert anzubieten und Vertriebserfolge bei unseren Kunden zu sichern.
- Du hältst dich über die neuesten Cloud-Technologien und Branchentrends auf dem Laufenden und setzt dieses Wissen ein, um Innovationen voranzutreiben und strategische Empfehlungen zu geben.
