Project Manager, Customer Portal

Your Tasks- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional software teams to execute projects aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the product team, ensuring clear goals and responsibilities
- Track and lead progresses, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular stakeholder updates and reports about the product
- Responsible for product requirements and documentation, including plans, schedules, and relevant artifacts
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, following industry standards and governance frameworks
- Your Profile- Bachelors’ degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant working experience as product owner in an Agile and Scrum environment
- A profound technical knowledge in web technologies (.NET, Node.js, APIs, Headless CMS, Cloud) with a strong focus in customer experience
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for seamless teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Sound judgement to address risks, remove obstacles, and make timely decisions
- Ability to embrace change, optimize processes, and enhance team productivity
