**PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)**:

We are a fast-growing cloud transformation software company and work with leading IT consulting companies across the globe. Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support us in establishing our company as the leading cloud transformation software tool on the market. All through targeted campaigns, the right insights, and suitable key action items.

**A day at Txture**:
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with the marketing team to optimize and boost our online marketing efforts. Analyze ongoing campaigns, derive important action items to improve results, and steer subsequent marketing activities. The central aspect of your role is to further develop the areas of performance marketing, search, and analytics. In the morning you’ll dive right into the paid campaign overview and have a look at whether the ad concerning our 6R Cloud Migration Poster is still performing well, and perhaps adapt our webinar campaign, as you’ll feel that the targeting could be a bit more precise. After that, you’ll discuss the next content campaign with the marketing team and plan paid ads, duration, and action items accordingly. You’ll also offer your help in actively engaging contacts via LinkedIn to invite them to our next webinar as you’ll know that different channels should go hand in hand. After a nice cup of coffee or tea with the team in the afternoon, you’ll give some insights into how we can improve our web page, speaking of SEO and content optimization, and start taking required actions to increase our visibility and performance.

**You offer**:

- More than 2 Years of experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns ( Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience with Google suite tools is mandatory (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio)
- Experience in channel-specific online campaign management
- Good analytical skills and data-driven mentality
- Fluent in Business English
**This would be a plus**:

- Google Analytics certificate
- Experience in B2B Marketing
- Experience with Hubspot and lead management

- You’ll further develop the areas of Performance Marketing, Search & Analytics
- You’ll plan and implement our paid performance campaigns (search, display, and social media)
- With your experience and your passion for numbers you’ll analyze our digital marketing measures, prepare reports for our campaigns and derive recommendations for action
- You’ll focus on the further development of the company homepage from a SEA and SEO perspective, track performance, and derive action measures
- You’ll be responsible for the SEA marketing budget
- You’ll be supporting our marketing team in the development and execution of our marketing strategy and with ongoing marketing campaigns (Partners, Customers, Employer Branding)
