**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership and development of a team of around 20 employees
- Implementation of quality activities for more inventory accuracy and less damage
- Resource planning based on the expected volume
- Compliance with given concepts as well as the introduction of new work processes
- Responsibility for the safety of employees: inside and compliance with all IKEA rules and guidelines for a safe and healthy workplace

The IKEA logistics center Vienna

With almost 500 jobs in logistics at the two locations in Vienna and Upper Austria, IKEA is fully committed to equality and sustainability. Even during construction, the location in the north of Vienna was equipped with the latest sustainable technology. All employees also benefit from this. We are particularly aimed at leaders who want to take on responsibility part-time (30 h): people returning to work and people with the courage to take on a leadership role together.

Place of work: Vienna-Strebersdorf, Vohburggasse

Working hours: 2-shift model from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For this position we offer a salary beyond collective agreement (KV for employees in forwarding and warehouse operations) based on full-time employment (40 hours per week, all-in) of EUR 2.643 gross per month. Overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications. Attractive social benefits are offered.
