Wir suchen Verstärkung im Geschäftsfeld Landwirtschaft als:
Product Owner (w/m/d) Institut für Pflanzenschutzmittelzulassung

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Product Ownership für die fachlichen Applikationen in der Pflanzenschutzmittelzulassung
- Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der fachlichen Anforderungsabwicklung (Einholung, Analyse, Priorisierung, Formulierung, Planung, Abnahme, Dokumentation)
- Erstellung des Product Backlogs und regelmäßige Durchführung des Product Backlog Refinements
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den agilen Software-Entwicklungsteams
- Schnittstelle zwischen technischer Umsetzung und dem Institut
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von fachlichen Anforderungsworkshops
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen
- Unterstützung in der Koordination der Umsetzungsprozesse

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit informationstechnischem Hintergrund
- Berufserfahrung als Product Owner bzw. Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering von Vorteil
- Technische Grundkenntnisse von IT-Applikationen und die Bereitschaft diese weiterzuentwickeln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Scrum und agilen Methoden
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestbruttojahresgehalt für diese Funktion beträgt bei Vollbeschäftigung mindestens EUR 45.505,60. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung.
