**Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d), Vienna, Austria**
100 Novartis medicine products waiting to be handled by you as Supply Chain Expert**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Secure of supply on time with the sites and local Franchise in the designated product portfolio (~100 SKUs)
- Order Placement SAP
- Minimum Order Quantity and Safety Stock Revision and Proposal
- S&BP preparation and meeting lead
- Write off mitigation and action settings

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- University degree with focus on economics/logistics
- Min. 3 years’ working experience in Supply Chain
- Current or prior SAP knowledge and Rapid Response is highly advantageous
- MS Office: advanced Excel skills
- KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, write offs, Working Capital, Customer Service Level

**In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 32.802,58/year (on a full time basis). The applicable salary according to internal guidelines will therefore be at least € 47.440 (annual base salary on a full time basis).
