- Du stellst systematisch sicher dass unsere** Qualitätsanforderungen **bei unseren Partnern in der Supply Chain** kosteneffizient erfüllt werden**:

- Du bist **erste Ansprechperson für Qualitätsbelange in Europa **und bist mit deinem Team** **stark beim** Ramp Up von neuen Lieferant*innen in unserem globalen Footprint involviert**:

- Du fungierst als** treibende Kraft in unserem abteilungsübergreifenden kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess** und bist damit eine **wichtige Verbindungsstelle zwischen Qualität, Innovation, Supply Chain & Produktmanagement**:

- Du übernimmst Verantwortung den **Reklamationsprozess im Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln **und zu verbessern

**Das bist du**
- Du hast eine **abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung** (HTL oder FH/Universität)
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der** Leitung eines Teams**:

- Du bringst mehrjährige **Jahre** **Erfahrung **in der Qualitätssicherung in einem** produzierenden Unternehmen **mit
- Du hast **Erfahrung mit KVP **und idealerweise eine Zertifizierung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung oder - prüfung.
- Du bringst **Reisebereitschaft** mit und hast Freude daran vor Ort mit unseren** internationalen Partnern in der Supply Chain** zu arbeiten, Asienerfahrung wäre hier wünschenswert
- Du hast sehr **gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse-** unser Arbeitsalltag ist bilingual

**Das sind wir**

Wir **entwickeln und produzieren Kinderfahrräder **für Kund*innen in mehr als 30 Ländern. Es ist unser Ziel, die besten Kinderfahrräder zu bauen und die Begeisterung für das Radfahren zu verbreiten. Wir sind ein **internationales, multikulturelles Team **mit mehr als 15 Nationalitäten.

Mit **über 170 Mitarbeiter*innen **an unserem Standort in Wien** **kann es schon mal schwierig sein, die **Startup Atmosphäre **zu erhalten, deshalb legen wir viel Wert auf eine freundschaftliche Arbeitsatmosphäre und ein **umfangreiches Onboarding**.

Wir bieten dir in dieser Position ein **Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 4.500 **auf Vollzeitbasis. Wir berücksichtigen natürlich deine individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen und sind zu einer entsprechenden **Überzahlung **bereit. Details besprechen wir dann gerne persönlich.
