**Hier bringst Du Dich ein**
- Du unterstützt im strategischen Transportmanagement hinsichtlich der Themenbereiche Qualitätsmanagement, KPI-Überwachung und Reporting
- Für Sonderbeschaffungen holst Du die Angebote ein
- Du bist für die Erstellung von verschiedenen (Prozess-)Dokumentationen und internen Schulungsunterlagen zuständig
- Du führst die Fehlersammellisten und unterstützt die daraus abgeleiteten Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Rahmen eines KVP-Prozesses
- Auch die Cockpit-Pflege und das Monitoring der KPIs liegen in Deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du erstellst Angebotskalkulationen
- Allgemeine Reportingaufgaben und ad-hoc-Auswertungen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Auch der Projektsupport inklusive dem Führen von Protokollen und Statuslisten liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bereitest Präsentationsunterlagen im Bereich Sales vor

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Projekt
- und/oder Prozessmanagement oder Informatik
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Erfahrung mit Projekt-Planungsbereich
- Analytisches Verständnis
- Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Teamfähigkeit, Ausdauer und Stressresistenz
