**About the job**
Are you a student passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to make a difference? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Plant Technology Department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of promoting a greener planet, while gaining hands-on experience in the field of recycling and sustainable technology.
**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Assisting with research and development projects
- Collaborating with team/project members to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Harmonizing technical solutions within RHI Magnesita Recycling
- Translating ideas into a technical concept
- Supporting with the tasks provided by our Recycling Experts
**About You**
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.
**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree with focus on materials science, glass and ceramics, chemistry or similar
**Languages**
- German - Proficient/Fluent
- English - Advanced
**Work Experience**
- Basic knowledge of the refractory industry
- First relevant professional experience (internships etc.)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 42.000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
