**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Coordinates the Energy planning process incl. project structure, budgeting planning, reporting, deep dive analysis and dashboard inputs
- Responsible for the set-up and alignment of the Venture planning calendar and main deliverables (analysis, meetings, presentations etc.) to ensure structured and coordinated input and quality checks as required from all involved parties
- Coordinates and consolidates project input data and ensures data integrity/ consistency of project data
- Participates in and contributes to the planning review meetings with regard to technical/economic aspects
- Establishes and manages interfaces to the central planning community (within Finance and Business VCs) and Venture stakeholders
- Calculates and review economics calculations, incl. reporting and consolidation of results for project governance and reserves evaluation process
- Supports with regard to ad-hoc requests and deeper analysis (historic data, asset comparison, etc.) with good and autonomous delivery
- Drives continuous improvement and value creation, proactively identifies, aligns and implements improvement measures related to the major business Energy processes
- Enables decisions for senior management by providing state-of-the-art, standardized reporting and calculations and by ensuring data quality and consistency across various fiscal regimes

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent analytical skills and high capability to challenge projects during all maturation phases
- Entrepreneurial thinking with strong communication skills and self-confidence
- Ability to cooperate with other stakeholder groups incl. business support and technical functions
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge in economic evaluation methods
- Project management experience and ability to deliver tasks/projects independently in time and quality
- Advanced user of Energy planning tools (P2V), Excel, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in using ThinkCell and Dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Digital mindset and openness for digital ways of working
- Sound knowledge of OMV Upstream business incl. major business processes
