**Unternehmensbeschreibung**:
Diese Position bezieht sich auf **Automobiltechnik Blau (Weiz)**, Zweigniederlassung der Magna Energy Storage Systems GesmbH, einen Geschäftsbereich von Magna Steyr.

Als Experte in der Erfüllung spezifischer Kunden-Anforderungen bietet Magna Energy Storage Systems hochqualitative Tanksystemlösungen für PKW und Nutzfahrzeuge. Unser Erfolg basiert auf unserer jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie, unserer Gesamtfahrzeugexpertise und den neuesten Produktionstechnologien. **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie führen ein motiviertes Team in den Teilbereichen Logistikplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Änderungsmanagement sowie Leergutsteuerung.
- Als Hauptansprechpartner sind Sie im Bereich Logistikplanung für Neuprojekte von der Kundenanfrage über den Start of Production bis ans Ende der Ersatzteilphase verantwortlich und haben stets das Gesamtoptimum im Visier.
- Sie übernehmen die Planung des gesamten Wertstroms für Zukaufteile, Halbfertigteile und Fertigteile.
- In Ihrer Rolle als Gruppenleiter arbeiten Sie eng mit den anderen Fachabteilungen zusammen und stimmen die Lieferkette mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten ab.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung eines nachhaltigen Logistikkonzeptes (Verpackungs
- und Transportoptimierung).
- Sie erstellen kaufmännische und technische Bewertungen unterschiedlicher Szenarien innerhalb der Logistikabteilung und kalkulieren Änderungen im Rahmen eines Änderungsmanagements.
- Laufende Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Logistikprozessen im täglichen Betrieb runden Ihre Aufgaben ab.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, HLW von Vorteil)
- Praxis im Änderungsmanagement von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Technisches Grundverständnis
- Führungsqualitäten und Eigenverantwortung
- Organisations
- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich brutto € 3.310,48 liegt. Wir sind aber bereit, entsprechend Erfahrung und Qualifikation ein deutlich höheres Entgelt zu leisten.
