The Sr. Client Support Specialist is an important role on the Cloud Innovative Service (CIS) team. Responsibilities cover a variety of different task that assist in supporting the CIS team. Primary and secondary responsibilities are listed below:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Support cloud client learning needs; such as development and delivery of project team training and end-user training for Oracle Cloud offerings.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and ongoing support of the CR Cloud “Orientation baseline” environment to be used for new onboarding clients.
- Support and assist with the development, maintenance, and ongoing support of the cloud document repository.
- CIS support expert for one suite of cloud products, such as: HCM, Financials, Procurement, etc.

**Secondary responsibilities**:

- Support CherryRoad Technologies marketing efforts when requested. This may include database staging, online branding, and assisting with oral presentations of the system.
- Support cloud consultant learning needs such as; development of training materials, delivery sessions, group FAQ sessions, etc. for cloud software support
- Manage content reviews and updates using CherryRoad’s LMS

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of developing End User Training Material for Adult Learners.
- 5+ years of experience using at least one of the following: UPK, Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or Lectora.
- 2+ Experience with ERP Systems software functionality for a variety of modules/business processes within one suite offering, such as: HCM, Financials, Procurement, etc.
- 5+ years of working on a team and as individual self-starter.
- 5+ years delivering end-user training
- 1+ years delivering Train-the-Trainer courses
- 3+ years of Public Sector Experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Ability to self-motivate; a can-do attitude
- Willingness to engage collaboratively in a dynamic, team
- and service-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly and concisely, and effectively communicate complex business processes and solutions
- Ability to systematically analyze and document new and/or existing software functionality with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to identify and use multiple resources to solve product and/or consultant issues
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to complete assigned tasks
- Champion miscellaneous administrative projects/other related assignments as requested

**Qualifications**:

- College degree preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required
- PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud experience highly desirable
