- We are a very international, colorful community contributing to one single, market-leading product: The Dynatrace software intelligence platform.
- Each software development team is fully self-managed and works closely with the Product Owner and Product Management to deliver value. We are working in a highly agile and fully technology-focused environment where everyone speaks the same language as a whole organization.
- We run our software development cycle on an extremely high level of automation, making it tremendously easy for teams to push their changes from concept to production at light speed.
- **Your role in the team**
- You are part of a development team and fulfill the role of a Product Owner with a technical mindset
- In cooperation with your team and internal stakeholders (product management, architects) you define user stories, and you are responsible for fulfilling definition of ready and meeting the definition of done
- You make sure that only stories that are ready are scheduled in the sprint
- You are first contact person and moderator for the presentation of the progress in sprint reviews and product demos
- You make sure that our product and feature requirements are met

**Qualifications**:

- Technical study related to IT (HTL, FH or University) or equivalent practical experience
- Work experience as a Product Owner or Backend Engineer with Java
- Feeling comfortable with working in an agile environment
- Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, and Atlassian tools is a plus
- Being able to express ideas and share concepts in fluent English
- Teamplayer and pro-active person of action, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized and visionary
- Joy in learning new technologies

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
