**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
At Journi, a creative tech company, we’re building the
**#1 most downloaded printing app** in the world that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work full time (38.5 h/w) and learn from a passionate, motivated and international team with a start-up spirit
- Be an integral part of our marketing team,
- Be a key driver of our campaigns by:

- Bringing in design knowledge and new ideas
- Quarterly brainstorming and asset planning
- Create visual drafts and deliver designs based on feedback
- Plan and organize photoshoots for CRM and social media purposes; coordinate with the media-design team
- Produce new photo assets to showcase our physical products and create editable PSD mockups from them
- Create/feedback sample products for photo shoots and marketing purposes
- Create and manage orders for our product packaging, flyers, info material, roll-ups, billboards, and more
- Work closely with other Journi designers to ensure visual consistency across all outgoing graphic materials and stay true to the Journi brand
- Generate ideas, inspire your teammates, give and receive feedback

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:

- High proficiency in graphic design, branding & photo editing: Figma and Adobe Suite
- Ability to quickly sketch an idea
- At least 3 years experience in creating marketing-driven, digital designs
- An eye for detail, composition, and typography
- You work efficiently, collaboratively, and know how to prioritize workloads to meet critical project deadlines
- You have experience with project management tools such as Asana
- You don’t shy away from presenting your work in front of the team and have strong communication skills
- You are constantly learning, asking for feedback, self-motivated and hungry to succeed
- Passion for (mobile) technology with a strong interest in photo/blogging apps
- You’re an EU citizen or have a working visa for Austria (unfortunately we aren’t able to support non-EU citizens for this position)
- You are able to relocate to or are based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city

**NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED)**:

- Experience with Asset management systems such as Lingo
- Font and icon creation and management
- Photography skills
- Interest in pushing the visual side of our social media channels
