Our products are used 200+ million times every month (by 25m+ users) - and we are just getting started Join our ambitious team as** full-time Social Media Manager (M/F/x)** and become part of our mission of making visual AI accessible to everyone.

In this role, you'll be in charge of managing and growing all product-related social media accounts of Kaleido AI on a global scale.

**Your tasks**:

- **Manage social media accounts**:keep them up to date, ensure consistency, follow branding guidelines, organic (& maybe paid) social media posting, monitor user comments, etc.
- Come up with creative **social media campaigns** to grow our follower base and audience and collaborate closely with Graphic Designers for content creation.
- Research, reach out to, and **work with social media influencers** and KOLs.
- **Create** a social **editorial calendar** and execute all social media posts flawlessly.
- Monitor the social media landscape closely and always be up to date with UGC and user sentiment towards our industry and products.
- **Support other marketing channels** and campaigns via social media.
- Analyze & report on social media performance.

**Requirements***:

- University degree in a relevant field preferred but not a must.
- **Thorough understanding of social media channels** (specifically Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and their impact as an acquisition and retention tool.
- Excellent proven **copywriting skills** and track record of creating engaging and effective social media content.
- Demonstrated ability in researching, finding, and **successfully working with social media influencers**, such as ambassadors, content creators, key opinion leaders, etc.
- **Ensure brand consistency** through collaboration with other departments, including but not limited to marketing, design, sales, or customer service.
- You are a team player with a **proactive personality**, you are always eager to learn, and thinking ahead comes naturally to you.
- You have a very meticulous way of working with **high attention to detail**.
- Outstanding **organizational and project management skills**: you are capable of handling several projects independently, adapting to changes quickly, and meeting tight deadlines.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills** in English, any additional native level language skills as a bonus.
- Bonus: Experience and/or openness to creating consumer-facing content (e.g., hosting IG Lives, Tik Tok videos, IG Stories, IGTV, etc.)
- Work Permit for Austria

**Hard facts**:

- 38.5 h/week
- We are required to state the minimum salary for this position by law: for a junior (specialist) role the minimum salary is **€ 36.890 gross per year**; for the senior (manager) role the minimum salary is **€ 44.660 gross per year**. We pay market competitive salaries, depending on your qualifications and experience.
