We are looking for a **highly motivated, dynamic, and self-organised personality able to work with meticulous attention to detail to join our international team** at our headquarters in Leoben, Austria.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scheduling and organisation of public, in-house, online and face-to-face training (e.g. registration handling, preparation, administration and handling of training materials, reports, assessments, evaluations, database maintenance, travel arrangements etc.)
- Collaboration with team members, instructors, business partners, BDMs, company representatives and other stakeholders
- Drafting and editing of internal and external correspondence, communications, proposals, presentations, reports, and other documents
- Professional handling of any means of communication with business partners, customers, embassies, government departments and other stakeholders
- Support of the training team with a variety of administrative, organisational, operational and marketing duties

**YOUR TALENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar (min. high school graduation (Matura))
- Relevant experience in working as Training Coordinator/Specialist, Office/Management Assistant, or similar role
- Strong and advanced English and German language skills are a must (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent MS-Office skills and good knowledge of and interest in modern IT systems and online tools
- Advanced and high level of organisational skills with attention to detail and efficiency
- Experience in customer relations
- Open-minded personality who acts pro-actively, flexible, solution-oriented and thinks outside the box
- Stress resistance, resilience, and ability to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals
- Work permit (European Union)
- Covid-19 vaccination

For this position, we offer you an interesting salary that considers both your professional and personal skills as well as your previous professional experience. Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to disclose the minimum basic salary according to the classification in the collective agreement, which for this position is Euro 2.179,18.
