**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit an Produktentwicklungsprojekten zur Verbesserung bestehender Lagerdesigns und Wälzlagerlösungen
- Erstellung von Konstruktionsvorschlägen bis hin zu detaillierten Fertigungszeichnungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen und technischen Dokumentationen
- Einpflegen von technischen Produktdaten für Berechnungsprogramme zur Steuerung von Fertigungsprozessen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Definierung von Digitalisierungsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Entwicklung von technischen Auslegungsprogrammen für die Etablierung automatisierter, digitaler Konstruktionsprozesse
- Standortübergreifende Organisation und Führung von technischen Schulungen

**Sie bieten**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion mit fundierten CAD-Anwenderkenntnissen (Idealerweise Creo)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuesten Technologien rund um Digitalisierung sowie allgemeine Reisebereitschaft

**Tatsächliches Gehalt**
Zwischen EUR 3.800 und EUR 4.400 brutto / Monat je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung
