**Projekt Manager**
**Hartbearbeitung / Fördertechnik / Automatisierung (m/w/d)**

**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Als Projekt Manager übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Investitionen und Entwicklungen im Bereich der Hartbearbeitung, Fördertechnik und Automatisierung
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtprojektleitung für den Aufbau und die Modernisierung von einzelnen Fertigungsanlagen sowie komplexen Produktionslinien
- Sie führen Investitionsprojekte angefangen beim Lieferantenscreening über die Erstellung von Spezifikationen bis hin zur Implementierung, Abnahme und nachfolgenden Optimierung
- Sie koordinieren interne als auch externe Lieferanten und gewährleisten durch Projekt Controlling die Einhaltung des festgelegten Termin
- und Budgetrahmens
- Sie arbeiten international mit anderen SKF Standorten in Hinblick auf die Entwicklung und Einführung von innovativen Fertigungsverfahren zusammen
- Sie unterstützen die Produktion bei der Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
- Langfristig entwickeln Sie sich für den Standort als erster Ansprechpartner ins Sachen Hartbearbeitung, Fördertechnik und Automatisierung

**IHR PROFIL**
- Wir leben und lieben Technik und bieten die Möglichkeit, an einem innovativen und dynamischen Fertigungsstandort Wesentliches zu bewegen
- Sie haben HTL/TU/FH-Background oder eine fundierte technische Grundausbildung (z.B. Werkmeister in Maschinen/Werkzeugbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik) inkl. einschlägige Berufserfahrung aus der Fertigung (Know-How im Schleifen und Honen von Vorteil)
- Sie haben Projektmanagement und selbständige Arbeitsweise im Blut, kommunizieren auf Deutsch und in Englisch und Reisetätigkeiten im Ausmaß von ca. 10-20% sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie sind Teamplayer und denken nicht in Problemen, sondern in Lösungen
- Sie verfügen sowohl über organisatorisches Talent wie auch über gutes Standing und Überzeugungskraft

Das Mindestgrundgehalt der Position liegt lt. Kollektivvertrag der metalltechnischen Industrie bei € 3.542,60 brutto pro Monat. Die Höhe der Überzahlung richtet sich nach Ihrer individuellen Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
