Adaptation Delivery Lead

**The Role**:
The Adaptations Delivery Lead will manage a cross-functional team charged with implementing additional/bespoke customisations to our trucks in order to meet the needs and wants of our clients. This role is crucial to ensure that Volta continues to offer a premium service to support our clients.

**We would like you to**:

- Support the Product Adaptation Manager in developing the process of product integration. This will include development of process, tools and techniques within Volta
- Manage a cross function team of indirect reports including procurement, logistics, manufacturing and quality to ensure products are built on time and to process
- Lead key project meetings to track the progress / status of the project and its sub-elements and steer the Team toward project objectives
- Facilitate the running of multiple vehicle customisation projects simultaneously.
- Support PMO leads/management in ensuring with clear reporting of key programme metrics
- Be an 'on the ground' requirement to solve problems and prevent delays in build

**We would like you to have**:

- Proven experience in a complex project delivery role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + German)
- Experience of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence etc)
- An Automotive/Manufacturing/Logistics background (desirable)
