  • Einschlägige Erfahrung aus erfolgreich umgesetzten Business-Software-Projekten, idealerweise mit Microsoft Technologien wie Microsoft Dynamics F&O und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte parallel zu managen.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in sowohl klassischen als auch agilen Projektmethoden und ein starkes Zeitmanagement, um Projekte effektiv und zielgerichtet voranzutreiben.
  • Ausgezeichnete Moderations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen, die es Dir ermöglichen, alle Stakeholder durch Wissen und Methodenkenntnis zu inspirieren.
  • Eine hohe Empathie und Resilienz, kombiniert mit Freude an Teamentwicklung und -förderung, um für ein starkes, motiviertes Projektteam zu sorgen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, sich mit internationalen Kolleg*innen auszutauschen und Workshops auch auf Englisch zu leiten.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche, monatliche Mindestgehalt je nach Erfahrungsstufe und Qualifikation zwischen € 3.016,- und € 4.350,- brutto (Vollzeit) liegt.
