Dann trete unserem Customer Service Team bei und übernehme die Verantwortung für Onboarding und Abwicklung neuer globaler Key Account Kunden in unserer Global Consumer Products Division. Dieser Unternehmensbereich betreut sämtliche Merchandise Artikel für die globalen Sportteams und Projekte von Red Bull, sowie die eigene Fashionmarke AlphaTauri.
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**CUSTOMER ONBOARDING**
Zu Deiner Kernaufgabe gehört es neue Kunden systemisch und prozessual zu integrieren. Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb stimmst Du die Kundenanforderungen ab, prüfst die Umsetzbarkeit und begleitest den gesamten Onboardingprozess. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit betroffenen Abteilungen (Logistik, Zoll, Lagerdienstleister, usw.) zusammen und eignest Dir umfassende Kenntnisse über den gesamten Auslieferungsprozess an.
**TRANSPORT LOGISTIK & WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT**
Du kennst die Standards (Dokumente, Verpackung, Versand) in unseren Logistikprozessen und stimmst kundenspezifische Anforderungen daraufhin ab. Mögliche Abweichungen werden von Dir über Value Added Services gemeinsam mit dem externen Lagerdienstleister koordiniert und systemisch gepflegt.
**ORDER MANAGEMENT & KUNDENBETREUUNG**
In deiner Rolle übernimmst du außerdem die Verantwortung für die operative Abwicklung der Kunden nach erfolgreichem Onboarding. Dies beinhaltet den gesamten Bestellvorgang in SAP, über die Auslieferung bis hin zur möglichen Retourenabwicklung. Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher, indem du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales Team alle Anfragen des Kunden auf zuvorkommende und charmante Art beantwortest.
**Qualifikationen**:
3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Logistik
Erfahrungen in der Textilindustrie sind von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie fortgeschrittene MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel, werden dir das Leben enorm erleichtern
Ein gutes Gespür für die Kommunikation mit B2B-Kunden
Teamplayer Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Hands-On Mentalität und einem Händchen für Organisation
