**LOGISTICS PROCESSES**
As Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and tracking performance for all logistics processes. This includes creating standards procedures and instructions for the logistics partner to ensure smooth and reliable business operations. You identify potentials for improvement, define appropriate measures and initiate their implementation.
**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT**
This role acts as the first point of contact from and to the 3PL partner. A crucial aspect is to streamline and prioritize new requirements and support the implementation process. Consequently, the exchange and alignment with external as well as internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Quality Management, Customs, Finance, IT and E-Com is a big part of this job.
**PROJECT SUPPORT**
You will examine new business requirements from an Operations point of view and support in cross-functional projects. By assessing new needs, initiating execution plans and tracking progress, you are shaping future workflows of Operations.
**BUDGET, FORECASTING & STOCK MANAGEMENT**
An integral part of this job is the responsibility for budget planning and cost controlling of operational logistics processes and strategic projects involving our 3PL. In addition to that, you will create regular forecasts for stock, inbound and outbound volumes in close coordination with internal stakeholders. You will keep an eye on the stock development and coordinate measures with internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in comparable positions
Expertise in intra warehouse and transportation processes
Project management skills
Prior experience with an ERP system is beneficial, ideally SAP
Advanced reporting skills, analytical way of thinking, reliable
Autonomous, structured and precise work approach
Communicative, assertive & team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
