In this role you are managing the implementation of global operational Semperit ESG / sustainability strategy and projects with focus on energy. You will lead the execution of a broad-based, company-wide strategic ESG / sustainability initiative with focus on energy throughout the company.
Tasks:
- Content and organisational management of the ESG / Sustainability with focus on energy and energy efficiency projects.
- Responsible for designing and adapting the overarching ESG / sustainability strategy for the entire Group in respect to energy.
- Manages and leads the Group ESG / Sustainability energy initiatve
- manage and coordinate stakeholder, agree on improvement potential and track performance.
- Identifies areas for improvements for energy topics, support strategic decision-making processes through internal and external benchmark analysis
- Auditing of implementations of ESG / Sustainability Standards in respect to energy
Requirements:
- University/FH graduation or alternative college graduation as technician in a technical discipline (example Austria: HTL Ingenieur
- 3+ years proven experience in energy or Sustainability Management in an international environment
- Advanced professional consulting position in an international company
- Ability to effectively manage multi-stakeholder projects
- Fluency in English
