**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You actively support the development and ensure the execution of the Corporate Sponsoring & Partnerships strategy in line with the Communications strategy
- You are responsible for the implementation of all existing sponsoring partnerships and are the main contact person for all internal and external partners
- You manage OMV Corporate Sponsoring and Partnership contracts, including negotiations, signings, legal documentation, and invoicing and ensure that all sponsoring contracts are included in the Contracts database
- You manage the Corporate Sponsoring budget and invoice processing
- You establish and implement the yearly partnership & brand activation plan based on the OMV Communication Strategy including the active development of new ideas and activities for various external and internal target groups
- You actively align the activities with other communication functions - media relations, social media, advertising, digital, branding and marketing
- You develop and define KPIs for measuring the success of the sponsoring activities and continuously adjust the activity plans based on the developed goals
- You are responsible for the related online content on all internal and external online channels and you develop all activities in line with OMV corporate standards to best support the OMV brand image, strategy and company goals.
- You have experience and interest in event organization and the willingness to work evenings or weekends on a case-by-case basis

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven expertise and vivid interest in culture and arts as well as sports and entertainment
- You have several years of relevant work experience in a public relations or marketing communications area within a large corporation or international organization
- Demonstrate ability to roll out and lead a sponsoring strategy and drive execution through projects and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
- You have proven track record networking skills in a cross-functional organization
- You are result-driven and have a goal oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Distinct language & writing skills: fluency in German and English (both oral and written)
