**About the job**

You have a passion for conceptual and structured work and experience in managing large-scale global processes and projects? Then this is for you: As a Senior Expert for Talent Management & Leadership, you will be responsible for all Talent Management processes and will create state-of-the-art leadership frameworks. As part of our Talent Management and new Leadership approaches, you will be a change expert and sparring partner for the business.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Driving the implementation of strategic talent management and leadership initiatives
- Conducting and monitoring the current talent management instruments (e.g. talent identification, talent committees, succession planning)
- Advising the business areas and HRBPs on talent management, leadership and change management topics
- Designing and conducting development programs on a global level
- Supporting transformations driven by different business areas
- Designing and facilitating workshops

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Completed studies in the area of Human Resources or similar
- Excellent Power Point skills

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent

Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- 7+ years professional experience as a consultant or in a global field of HR (e.g. Talent Management, L&D, etc.)
- Experience in creating strategic talent processes and leadership experiences
