Strategic Performance Management and Talent Development Expert

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Expert Performance Management, Talent and Succession Development professional to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the implementation of a new performance management framework across the UNIQA Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with IT and SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration and functionality of performance management processes.
- Lead cross-country projects and drive improvements at all levels.
- Monitor the effectiveness of performance management programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and guidance to local HR teams and managers on performance management processes.
- Degree in human resource management, business, economics, or social sciences (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in performance management and/or talent management in an international environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and performance management systems, particularly SAP.
- Experience with leading cross-country projects and willingness to work in an agile team set-up.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An onboarding plan, welcome events, and buddy system for a smooth transition.

Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location:Our offices in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Hungary offer a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid setup.
