Strategic HR Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Development Manager to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our Commercial Organisation, you will partner with leaders to support strategic and operational HR business objectives.
About the Role:- Act as an internal advisor, providing guidance and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle.
You will be responsible for understanding current and future business needs and implementing global HR strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture.
- Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g. planning of required positions and development of talents).
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Equate business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people.
- Oversight of the employee life cycle, ensuring global standards are fulfilled (e.g. performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development).
We offer a challenging headquarters position for international markets with a gross annual salary of at least €98,000.
Requirements:- Completed studies in business administration with specialisation in HR or comparable education.
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role.
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and experience working in international companies with matrix organisation preferred.
- A close-knit, multicultural team with a friendly atmosphere.
- The opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel to Vienna.
