Strategic HR Business Partner for International Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Organisation in the development and implementation of global HR strategies.
About the Role:- Partner with stakeholders to understand the current and future needs of the business and ensure the effective implementation of global HR strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to design and implement organisational development initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and employee development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement measures to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support the recruitment of key roles and partner with the HR team to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the business.
- You have completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience, with 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a HR function.
- You have experience working in the Pharma/Life Science industry, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations, and have experience working in international companies with matrix organisations.
- You have experience in Change Management and have a solution-oriented work approach.
- You are an enthusiastic team player with high adaptability and a positive attitude towards change.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation.
- You are well-organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively.
- You have experience in coaching and are open to feedback and driving leadership.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
- A challenging headquarters position for international markets.
- The opportunity to work remotely and be in Vienna for about 2 weeks per month.

- A gross annual salary of €98,000 plus bonus and social benefits.
