Strategic HR Partner for International Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Partner to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our international headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial Organisation and contributing to the growth of our globally active pharmaceutical company.
Job OverviewThis challenging position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, drive business objectives, and foster a culture of excellence within our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, with experience in Change Management, coaching, and talent development. Your expertise in Pharma/Life Science industry will enable you to navigate complex organisational structures and drive strategic initiatives.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, with a specialisation in HR;
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in HR;
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations;
- Experience in Change Management, coaching, and talent development;
- Solution-oriented approach, ability to think outside the box, and enthusiasm for driving change;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation;
- Well-organised, able to focus on multiple issues, and prioritise effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German;
- Readiness to travel regularly to countries in your charge.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross annual salary of at least €98,000, plus bonus and social benefits. Our close-knit, multicultural team provides a friendly atmosphere, and you will have the opportunity to work remotely with regular visits to Vienna.
