Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Commercial Organizations

A leading pharmaceutical company, AOP Health, seeks a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to support its Commercial Organisation in Vienna. This challenging role requires strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
About the Role:- Partner with leaders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring implementation of global HR strategy
- Support leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture
- Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development
- Recommend ways to enhance workplace and culture based on business insights
- Provide guidance and support on implementing HR policies and procedures
- Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people
- Oversee employee life cycle, ensuring global standards are fulfilled
- Monitor employee engagement and develop measures to increase sustainably employee satisfaction
- Completed studies in Business Administration or comparable education
- 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in HR
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and international companies with matrix organisation
- A challenging headquarters position for international markets
- The opportunity to work remotely and be in Vienna for about 2 weeks per month
- Working in a close-knit, multicultural team with a friendly atmosphere
- Gross annual salary: €98,000 plus bonus and social benefits
