Strategic HR Business Partner for International Markets

A leading pharmaceutical company, AOP Health, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join its headquarters team in Vienna. As a key member of the Commercial Organisation, you will partner with leaders to support strategic and operational HR business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in a lateral leadership role, preferably in a HR role within the Pharma/Life Science industry. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix organisation, as well as excellent communication skills in English and German.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as an internal advisor, providing advice and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand current and future needs of the business and implementing the global HR strategy
- Supporting leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture
- Collaborating with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive gross annual salary of €98,000 and the opportunity to work remotely with regular travel to international markets.
