High-Profile HR Business Partner for International Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our client's team at AOP Health, a pioneering pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing innovative medicinal products for patients with rare and complex diseases.
About the RoleThis challenging headquarters position offers an exceptional opportunity to partner with AOP Health leaders in the Commercial Organisation, supporting strategic and operational HR business objectives. As an internal advisor, you will provide expert guidance and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle, driving business success through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring seamless implementation of global HR strategies
- Assist leaders in strategic planning and forecasting, focusing on people and organisational culture development
- Coinvestigate organisational development initiatives, including talent planning and development
- Recommend innovative solutions to enhance workplace culture and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees, providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Equip business leaders with essential tools and knowledge to manage and develop their teams effectively
- Oversight of the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards (performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development)
- Maintain employee engagement levels and implement measures to sustainably increase satisfaction
- Meet leaders at eye level, offering advice, sparring, and coaching on people-related matters
- Partner with the HR team to deliver seamless HR processes and programs, supporting key role recruitment
- Accompany the AOP Health Headquarters and foreign subsidiaries through organisational changes, evaluating labor law implications, especially for new countries
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on HR or comparable education
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in a lateral leadership role, preferably in a HR function
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, ideally in support of commercial/country organisations, with international company experience preferred
- Experience in Change Management
- Solution-oriented work approach, with the ability to think outside the box
- Enthusiastic team player with high adaptability and a positive attitude towards change
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation
- Well-organised, with the ability to focus on multiple issues and prioritise effectively
- Experience in coaching, open to feedback, and driving leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Readiness to travel regularly to countries within your remit
- A challenging headquarters position for international markets
- The opportunity to work remotely, with approximately 2 weeks per month in Vienna

- Gross annual salary: €98,000 plus bonus and social benefits. An attractive package depending on experience and skills will be offered.
