**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Vienna. As a key member of our Commercial Organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic and operational HR business objectives. Your expertise will help drive the implementation of our global HR strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration across all elements of the employee lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:**

  • You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring effective implementation of our global HR strategy.
  • Assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting people and organisational culture requirements.
  • Collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g., planning required positions and developing talents).
  • Making recommendations based on business insights to enhance workplace culture at AOP Health.
  • You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees in your area: provide guidance and support on implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Equip business leaders with necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people, offering proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues.
  • Oversight of the employee life cycle, ensuring our global standards are met (e.g., performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development).
  • Monitor employee engagement in your area and develop measures to increase sustainably employee satisfaction.
  • Meet leaders at eye level, providing advice, sparring, and coaching on people-related questions.
  • Partner with HR team members to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the business, supporting the recruitment of key roles.
  • Accompany AOP Health Headquarters and foreign subsidiaries in organisational changes, evaluating labor law issues, especially for new countries.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
  • 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role.
  • Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and experience working in international companies with matrix organisation preferred.
  • Experience in Change Management.
  • Solution-oriented work approach, as well as ability to think outside the box.
  • Enthusiastic team player with high level of adaptability and positive attitude towards change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation.
  • Well-organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in coaching, open for feedback and driving leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German.
  • Readiness to travel on a regular basis to the countries in your charge.

**Our Offer:**
