Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Markets

A successful pharmaceutical company, AOP Health, is seeking a skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join its headquarters team in Vienna. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting commercial and country organisations within international companies with matrix structures.
This challenging role involves partnering with leaders to understand the current and future needs of the business, ensuring the implementation of the global HR strategy. You will assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture, collaborate with them to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development, and make recommendations on ways to enhance workplace and culture.
The selected individual will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees, equipping business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people. They will oversee the employee life cycle, ensuring that global standards are fulfilled, and monitor employee engagement to develop measures to increase it sustainably.
The ideal candidate should have a completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education, 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role. Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations, is preferred. Experience in Change Management, solution-oriented work approach, ability to think outside the box, enthusiasm, adaptability, positive attitude towards change, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation, well-organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively, experience in coaching, open for feedback, driving leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German, readiness to travel on a regular basis are required.
The gross annual salary for this position is at least €98,000.- plus bonus and social benefits. An attractive package depending on experience and skills will be offered. Working in a close-knit, multicultural team with a friendly atmosphere, the opportunity to work remotely and be in Vienna for about 2 weeks per month make this a great career opportunity.
