Strategic HR Business Partner for International Markets

A challenging role awaits you at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, a renowned recruitment agency with a strong presence in Vienna. As a Strategic HR Business Partner for International Markets, you will be responsible for partnering with leaders across the Commercial Organisation to support strategic and operational HR business objectives.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Acting as an internal advisor, providing advice and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle
- Assisting leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture
- Collaborating with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development (e.g. planning of required positions and development of talents)
- Making recommendations about ways to enhance workplace and the culture of AOP Health
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will also be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support when it comes to implementing HR policies and procedures
- Equipping business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people
- Oversighting the employee life cycle, ensuring that global standards are fulfilled (e.g. performance management, reward and recognition, talent management, employee development)
- Monitoring employee engagement in your area and developing measures to increase employee satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have:
- Completed studies in business administration with a specialisation in HR or comparable education
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role
- Pharma/Life Science industry experience, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations and experience working in international companies with matrix organisation
- Solution-oriented work approach, as well as ability to think outside the box
- Enthusiastic team player with high level of adaptability and positive attitude towards change
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation
- Well organised, able to focus on several issues and prioritise effectively
- Experience in coaching, open for feedback and driving leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German
