Global HR Strategist for Commercial Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Strategist to join our team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Vienna, Austria. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a globally active pharmaceutical company focused on developing and distributing medicinal products for patients with rare and complex diseases.
About AOP Health
AOP Health is committed to human health and contributing to competent information in healthcare. As a Global HR Strategist, you will partner with leaders in the Commercial Organisation to support strategic and operational HR business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- You will act as an internal advisor, providing advice and coaching across all elements of the employee lifecycle.
- You will actively partner with stakeholders to understand the current and future needs of the business and ensure the implementation of the global HR strategy.
- You will assist leaders with strategic planning and forecasting needs regarding people and organisational culture.
- You will collaborate with leaders to co-design their areas in terms of organisational development.
- You will make recommendations about ways to enhance workplace and the culture of AOP Health.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- You have completed (business administration) studies with a specialization in HR or comparable education.
- You have 7+ years of professional experience with 2 years in a lateral leadership role, ideally in a HR role.
- You have experience in Pharma/Life Science industry, preferably in support of commercial/country organisations.
- You have experience working in international companies with matrix organisation.

- Has excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence across the matrix organisation.
- Is well organized and able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively.
- Has experience in coaching, open for feedback and driving leadership.
What We Offer

- A gross annual salary of €98,000.- and more depending on qualifications and experience.
