Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Strategist to collaborate with our Total Rewards Lead and People Team on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Total Rewards processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in delivering and adopting complex Total Rewards solutions aligned with strategic objectives, financial budgets, and legislative requirements.
  2. Support the preparation of the Annual Compensation Review.
  3. Provide assistance for the Annual Variable Pay Program, working closely with the Commission Team and Global People Ops.
  4. Monitor employee benefits globally and develop benefit communications.
  5. Assess best practices and create Total Rewards solutions based on business requirements.
  6. Consult regional People Business Partners for TR case-by-case decisions.
  7. Support TR and compensation-related questions, focusing on best user experience and performance culture.

Reporting & TR Analysis

  1. Creation of reports and monitoring of TR key figures.
  2. Contribution to the annual compensation planning cycle with pre- and post-ACR-analysis.
  3. Working on continuous optimization and automatization of processes as well as TR reporting.

Guidelines & Administrative Tasks

  1. Keeping changes of the Global Job Architecture and its salary ranges up-to-date.
  2. Ensuring TR information on SharePoints supports the Emarsys TR Strategy.
  3. Supporting Global People Operations with reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in HRM) and 3-4 years of equivalent experience in an international company in HR and/or TR function.
  • Experience with Rewards Integration and Stakeholder Management.
  • Great working with numbers and highly responsible personality.
  • Analytical and precise working style.
  • Good understanding of system interrelationships as well as high service orientation and solid organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in software operation and HR controlling.
  • Experience with different HR or Finance Tools serves as an advantage.
  • Excellent MS-Office knowledge, esp. MS Excel.
  • Excellent English-language skills.
  • Cooperating with multiple HR functions on various initiatives.
