As our Total Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the international rollout of job gradings, managing job grading for the Senior Management group, and overseeing digital remuneration reviews and STI processes. You will also take part in developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy to support business objectives and attract top talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the international rollout of job gradings.
  • Manage job grading for the Senior Management group.
  • Take ownership of the Compensation Module in SF, overseeing digital remuneration reviews and STI processes.
  • Develop and implement trainings, and prepare materials to educate the Wienerberger HR community on total rewards programs and tools.
  • Optimize benefits management globally.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job grading.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • General understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits (including local country specificities).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
