Position: Customer Support Specialist
As a vital member of our Service Center team, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and service requests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders and addressing inquiries with professionalism
- Overseeing returns and repair requests efficiently
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Administering equipment rental services and related tasks
- Performing cashier duties with accuracy and attention to detail
Key Qualifications:
- A completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a Service Center environment is preferred
- A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work precisely, reliably, and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility in managing time and tasks effectively
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive gross monthly salary starting at € 2,324, exceeding the collective agreement for full-time employment. Additional compensation may be available based on your qualifications and experience.
