Customer Support Specialist

Support Associate

You are part of the live operation, providing top-notch support to Wolt users - customers, couriers, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming live chats from customers, venues, and couriers in shifts.
  • Develop and improve our support function together with the support team and other teams within Wolt.
  • Provide both inbound and outbound support via phone calls.
  • Proactively solve problems by monitoring order volume with our internal tools.
  • Ensure the delivery operation runs smoothly, in close consultation with the operations team.
Requirements:
  • You have excellent communication skills - speak fluent German and can express yourself well in English.
  • This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings, and even weekends - Wolt is available to its clients seven days a week.
  • You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs and are a team player.
  • You have a quick grasp, an eye for detail, and never lose sight of the big picture.
  • You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products.
