Role OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team as we near our 3 millionth learner milestone. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our learners and ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to learners through various channels
- Assist learners with technical issues and provide solutions
- Answer questions and provide information about our sign language and Deaf culture lessons
- Help learners navigate our platform and provide feedback
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be passionate about supporting the Deaf and hearing community and have a strong understanding of sign language and Deaf culture.
