Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Chiesi. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our CX vision, using methods such as personas, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and design sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of an agile and customer-centric culture within our organization.
  • Plan and conduct customer journey mapping, ideation, prototyping, and co-creation workshops to optimize services.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the customer experience, and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance CX.
  • Analyze and disseminate customer insights to improve the digital customer experience.
  • Guide the implementation of digital CX strategies within the CEE region.
  • Deliver training programs for colleagues in the countries to independently apply agile working methods.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners involved in CX design, training, customer insights, and communication.
  • Implement and adapt the global experience strategy, with the aim of continuous improvement at the local level.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CX, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expertise in digital service design and CX methods.
  • Project management skills and knowledge of agile methods.
  • English business fluent, with German or any other CEE language as an advantage.
  • Strong communication, teamwork skills, and intercultural empathy.
  • Structured and result-driven approach.
  • Innovative spirit with a passion for implementing new ideas and driving changes.

What We Offer:

  • A gross annual salary starting at EUR 52,000, with overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
