System Engineer for Customer Experience Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our Customer Experience Consulting team at Tietoevry. As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support local and international project teams with complex contact center solutions
  • Act as a system engineer who implements cloud solutions, supports, and follows our consultants who build the understanding of customer business, anticipate customer needs, and discover alternative solutions that are relevant for our customer's success
Requirements
  • Sustaining interest in contact center solutions like Genesys Cloud, Parloa, or Novominda
  • Broad technical understanding (databases, web services, basic architecture view, cloud systems)
  • Capability of configuration and scripting (lightweight development, strong development skills are nice to have but not mandatory)
  • Ability for engineering and consulting
  • Knowledge of the German language (C1)
  • Ideal experience in the contact center area
