We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Department for Customer Management and Digital Transformation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic agenda of Erste Digital and shaping the digital future of Banking Services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of the BON platform and the financial health application FIT+, ensuring efficiency and scalability of our systems.
- Oversee the UX team for all advisor and back-office applications for Erste Bank and Sparkassen in Austria, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all applications.
- Manage a diverse team of 20+ people, promoting team ownership and autonomy, and encouraging high performance and development within the team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and confidence in your leadership.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role as an Architect, Senior Technology or Development Lead, Delivery Manager or Agile Coach, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in implementing enterprise standard architectures and software development standards.
- Multilingual: Business and IT as well as German and English, all fluently.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with internal stakeholders.
