Grassfish Marketing Technologies GmbH is seeking a seasoned Head of Experience Management DACH to lead our Consulting teams in Vienna. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evolving the In-store experiences for global brands and leading retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire 2 squad teams to achieve peak performance and foster their personal growth and professional development.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to empower them to enhance the in-store experience for our esteemed global brand partners and leading retailers.
- Effectively manage and oversee the consulting departmental budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support our mission and goals.
- Implement the Consulting way of working in every squad.
- Ensure that our Consulting deliveries have a high standard with high customer satisfaction.
- Assure squad structures meet global business and customer needs, optimizing competencies and resources for maximum impact.
- Align with the Swedish Global Head of Consulting and various internal teams to constantly improve the collaboration between Consulting and other departments.
- Develop customer-centric visions and strategies and advise global customers and partners from various industries in their digital transformation.
Your Profile:
