Human Resources Director DACH Position

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the strategic people development of our subsidiary in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the accelerated transformation of the organization, ensuring unity and consistency between the Dermo cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement the Group HR roadmap and policies within the country, adapting them if necessary.
* Provide HR support and advice to the Leadership teams, managers, and employees within the scope.
* Listen to and influence leaders in their HR strategy for their business.
* Actively contribute to the development of the Group HR roadmap in partnership with COEs and participate in the HR community.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of global HR experience preferably in the Pharma / Dermo-Cosmetics Industry.
* Strong technical and transversal skills, including HR Strategy, Team Management, Change Management, Social law, Recruitment, Employee relations, Rewards and recognition, Learning & development and employee engagement.
* Fluent English and French is a plus.
