About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Workplace Experience Specialist to join our global People and Culture team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our Workplace Experience team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our work environment and driving employee engagement to deliver exceptional business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Event Organization: Collaborate with the Global Event Management team to plan and execute tailored events that meet the needs of our office locations.
  • Future of Work Concept: Work closely with the global Workplace Experience team to continuously improve our office space planning and serve as a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, fostering work relationships and social engagements.
  • Close Cooperation with Finance Team: Work with the Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses, as well as preparatory invoicing.
  • Local Office Support: Provide support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance, and local office operations.
  • Purchase and Procurement: Collaborate with the Procurement team on purchases and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Employee Benefits: Ensure the competitiveness and alignment of our Employee Benefits and administer them in close cooperation with the People Operations Team.
  • Support and Advice: Provide support and advice to the team on everyday tasks and responsibilities.
People & Culture
  • Culture Ambassador: Bring the Dynatrace Culture to your community and serve as a true ambassador for your hybrid Dynatrace community.
  • Onboarding and Team Integration: Onboard new employees, provide a Team Onboarding presentation, and conduct an office tour to create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members.
  • Internal Communication: Promote new global initiatives to the community in cooperation with the Internal Communication Team and maintain a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the global People & Culture team to drive process improvement and innovation, ensuring the best possible experience for our employees.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company.
  • Readiness and willingness to take on new responsibilities and improve processes for the better.
  • Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.
  • Strongly developed sense for business needs and goals.
  • Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization.
  • Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking.
  • Fluent German and English skills are a must-have.
