Your Responsibilities
  • Process various reporting related to remuneration
  • Prepare decision papers for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with involved business departments
  • Support internal customers in answering technical and administrative questions
  • Gather data and facts from all countries to create relevant reports
  • Explore insights to suggest improvements based on data and observed trends
Your Background
  • Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics, human resources, or data analytics
  • Good data analyzing skills and ability to work with analytical data and information
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work in well-structured surroundings
  • Empathy for team dynamics and communication
  • Fluency in English and German
